Rent a Room

Hello my name is Janelle. I am a 31 year old single mom renting a 4 bedroom two bathroom home in the union city area and recently have experienced a small bit of hardship so I’m looking for someone with positive energy, that is tidy and someone who won’t have issues with paying their portion of the rent every beginning of the month. I have a 8 year old son and 7 year old daughter come feb. They each have their own rooms and the common bathroom they share but as you can see we keep our home neat and clean and free of pests! I am still removing items from the room I’m renting out because there’s many storage items inside of it currently but it will come with a mini fridge and also a bed, if you need it removed let me know as well. I will be uploading pics of the room for rent in the next couple of days as I work long shifts and long hours. Hope to hear from someone that thinks will be a good fit!
