Room for Traveling Nurses or College Students

Located in Dover, Delaware supporting the Medical Department at Bayhealth Dover and The Delaware State University. Our rooms are available for one (1) person only, No couples! No Kids! (No overnight male or female guests) for $18, $22 and $24 a day, depending on the room that is available at the time, utilities/bills included. No deposit required. Money is not required until the day you move in. Now you can find other rooms that are cheaper, but is that what you really want? Sorry no pets, and no smokers we have allergies.

Our cancellation policy: You can cancel at any time before your arrival or during your stay. If your contract changes during your stay just let me know and we will pro-rate your rent.

We Specialize in room rentals for short-term Female Traveling Medical Professionals like Female Traveling Nurses, Female Doctor’s in Resident/ Interns, Female Occupational Therapist, and Female College Students with a 2 - 12 months lease.

You must be able to provide a copy of your work verification letter with Bayhealth, for Students proof of college admission like a receipt of tuition bill with your name on it.

When you stay with us you will receive new sheets, pillows, blankets, and a comforter for your bed. Our home has an in-ground pool in season and hot tub for your use. The kitchen has pots, pans, and dishes. You get ½ of a refrigerator and a wall cabinet for the storage of your food. Contact us for additional information.
