Room Rental In A Home Away From Home

The house belonged to my Great Aunt and Uncle who purchased during challenging times for people of color in underserved communities. The house has been in our family for over 70 years. We recently did a major renovation to update the home and maintain its integrity. As a result, the house is comfortable, offers privacy and has everything you need.

I travel most of the year, but I'm still pretty hands on in managing the property. We have an awesome staff that help support in the care of the house. Parking is public on the street parking. Most times there's parking right in front of the house or somewhere on the block.

I am seeking committed professionals in the traveling medical industry or education for monthly rentals. I am open to the idea of a pet bur consideration would have to be case by case. The most important requirements are that you can maintain cleanliness, pay rent on time and treat the house with love and respect she deserves.
