Room in Newer Ranch Style House - Garage Included

My adult son and I are looking for a compatible roommate. Must be okay with dogs since our lovable Chocolate Labrador is also part of the family. I enjoy the bars and restaurants in the area but this is not a party house. Someone who is sociable but serious about their career or studies would be comfortable in this home.

The house was built in October 2021 and is located 10 miles east of the University of Colorado with easy access to Downtown Denver and Denver International Airport.

The available bedroom is in a quiet corner of the house and has a walk-in closet. The bathroom is semi-private and shared with the adjacent bedroom. You will have a space in the attached garage. No brushing snow off of your car in this house!

The kitchen is modern with a large island and new appliances. Everything you'd need for cooking and meal prep is stocked in this kitchen. You wont need to wait long for that first cup of coffee with our new Keurig.

All utilities are include as well as Comcast cable and Sling TV. Every other week house cleaning service is included but has not yet been scheduled.

If you're ambivalent about sharing a bathroom, another situation may be better for you. But if you want to live in a up-scale house with your own space in the garage, please get in touch!
