Location: Conyers, Georgia 1.5 miles from Rockdale Hospital (4 min travel time), 5 miles (10 min travel time) from the Express bus on Sigman road (not on the bus line directly).

Room for rent for mature, stable and professional non-smoking adult – to share house in private area. Newly remodeled shared kitchen. The house is kept clean and we expect the same from the person moving in. The room is fully furnished with a bed, nightstand, and dresser, etc.

There are four rooms available. One room is actually 2 rooms so the 2nd room can be used as an office. The master bedroom has its own bathroom.
* Master bedroom/private bathroom: $180 per week
* 2 rooms combined: $170 per week
* 1 large room: $160 per week
* 1 small room: $150 per week

Prices vary based on the size of the room.
* Rent includes all utilities (power, water, gas, high speed internet, garbage, lawn care, etc.).
* Security/damage deposit of $250 and $50 move in fee (covers cleaning, replacing mattress cover, washing bedding, etc.).
* Must submit to a background check ($30 fee - paid by you). No felonies.

* Required Start Up Money: Background check fee, first week or months’ rent (depending on how you want to pay), plus security deposit and move-in fee.
* So you can pay monthly if you plan to stay, or you can pay weekly if you're a temporary worker (traveling nurses, film/movies, construction, student, etc.).

* 3 months proof of income required and you must have a job outside the home. Cannot work/run business in the house.
* Large, fully furnished bedroom with full sized bed, dresser, nightstand, TV, etc. Room has an electronic keypad lock.
* Full sized bathroom (shared).
* Full use of common areas (fully stocked kitchen - just add your food, laundry, living room, dining room, deck, bathroom, yard, etc.).
* The neighborhood is clean and safe, private driveway with plenty of parking room.
* The rules are normal - no parties, no loud noise, NO DRUGS (yes, that includes weed), no illegal activities, clean up after yourself, be courteous, etc.
* Non-smoker, single-occupancy ONLY (no families, couples, or pets - not even on weekends).
