Single Room in 4 bed house in Aurora

This is a garden level house in a quiet community with a park and trails nearby. I live here with my niece and one other female, who also rents a room. I am a Christian, a moderate conservative, tend to be a little bit quiet, but am easy to get along with. The backyard is fenced with a double deck and small garden. The house is set up much like a duplex with each level having a kitchen, living room, bathroom, two bedrooms and laundry, so there are various spaces to hang out in. The room that is for rent is on the lower level with my niece. I will respect your privacy. I keep the place moderately clean. I look forward to hearing from you.
