Looking for a Roommate :)

My name Ashlee (24) and I’m currently looking to rent out one of the bedrooms in my 2br apartment. It’s a big space with a dining room, living room, kitchen and bathroom. You’ll also have access to the backyard during the warmer seasons. The price for the room is $1,000-$1,200 depending on your preferences to paying utilities as well.
The most important part about living with me will be cleanliness and household respect. If we’re living together, I want both of us to feel comfortable and at peace once we’re home. Because it’s a shared space, cleaning responsibilities will be shared as well, with the exception of our own rooms.
A bit about me; I have a cat named Macchiato who’s friendly and outgoing. He spends most of his time in my room, but is social when the opportunity presents itself. I work full time and my schedule it’s very structured. If I’m not working, I like to spend my time at the gym or out with friends and family. I don’t cook often, but when I do I make sure the kitchen clean and the dishes are done.
