There are amazing coffee shops 3 minutes away, such as Dudleys, Sunday to Sunday and Good Thanks. There are cool boutique stores great way to spend a Sunday. It is also right next to the Williamsburg Bridge hence super easy and cheap to cross the bridge. On the other hand you can walk to Soho in less than 10 minutes.
