Spacious Bedroom and private Bathroom 11th floor

Looking for a clean reliable professional courteous roommate for my second bedroom in my apartment. I live on the 11th floor in a beautiful 17 floor apartment building that’s located downtown near Georgia tech with an amazing view of downtown and midtown. The bedroom is spacious (14x13) with a nice size closet and you’ll have your own personal bathroom. The kitchen is large and great for cooking and hosting . I do have a 2 year old Shiba Inu dog . She’s very sweet , kind, doesn’t bark or growl at all and loves everyone . I work in the travel industry so I am away 2-3 times a week . The only smoking I allow in the home is HOOKAH or vapes. No marijuana or cigarette smoking in the home but there is a beautiful 17th floor rooftop at the building perfect for smoking. The building has an amazing gym, a bowling alley, 2 club houses , a movie room, a huge pool and also a great rooftop .
