We are active care givers to animals, some are rescues, both of us had very social lives, I a 30 plus year mechanical contractor, US traveled she's 30 plus year health care professional, in Ogdensburg, we meant taking care of my ill dad. I'm into water sports, Diving, fishing, swimming, kayaks, ect, flew airplanes,, love riding horses, teaching about horses, playing with animals, building and repairing, currently was in car accident so still in recovery, She crafts, cooking, canning, gardens, animals, knitting, ect. We are hard working careing people, raising our own food, are trying to set up a tourist farm on original farmstead. we are getting into honey bees, so bee keepers are welcome. So participating people is what we would like to have to share cost and work loads. Their is money to be made here, Or they can just plane rent at higher rate, but knowing this is a working farm. Pets we have plenty to adopt on site, Couple dogs and a cat FC. . We are selective on dogs insurance wise and animals wise, do not need a cute little dog killing my chickens, ducks, Turkeys, ect, our animals are all friendly, cows, steers on site, a goat, Jacob sheep, pigs, horses, Main house is big work shop/ animals area, so all winter can be in shelter to play, wood processor, saw mill on site, lots of wood to build things with, about all carpenter tools as well. Couples? If you fit with us that's fine as well. Have separate living quarters, can build to suit as well. Chair lift, elevator rated at 1000 lbs, three way controls, dual entrance, some work down stairs would be 💯 usable, put in for elderly parents, laundry, groceries, people, ect If this sounds like some thing you might want to be apart of contacts are listed.
