Currently looking to rent room on my large r bedroom home. It's a older historic home in detroit near West Village. I have a 2 hear old and my mom lives in one room. We are quiet wholesome people. Looking for a nice respectful person to rent a room in my house. Backround check and proof of income is necessary prior to move in. No felonies. Must be willing to stay a minimum of 3 months. Can of course exceed the 5 months. Rents 525 a month with a 100 dollar security deposit. Move in immediately with criminal backround check and proof of verifiable income.
