Hey everyone!

I have a master bedroom with its own private bathroom available to rent starting on February 1st in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. There is an in-unit washer&dryer, and our apartment unit has its own private balcony. The kitchen has full-size appliances and a dishwasher. Located in the Two Bridges neighborhood close to Chinatown and the Lower East Side. The unit is in an elevator building located on a quiet street, and is a 7 minute walk from the F and 4/5/6 line stations.

I work as an interior designer and only occasionally work from home. In my free time I like to workout, cook and clean around the apartment. I’m open to living with someone who has a hybrid work schedule or who strictly works from home.
