Must be respectful, responsible, CLEAN, professional and great sense of humor. Utilities are split 3 ways. There will be 3 people living in the house. The owner, another tenant and the person renting the rooms mentioned in this post. The other tenant rents the two bedrooms upstairs. Main floor consisting of living room, dining room and kitchen is a shared space. Current occupants are gay. As this is a new house cleanliness is a MUST and NO smokers.

Must be respectful, responsible, CLEAN, no wearing shoes in the house, throughly clean up after cooking and be awesome.
