Shared kitchen, dining and living rooms.
Private bedroom w/private bath.
Some storage in the garage.
Parking on street, but it’s plentiful.(that’s where I park too.)
Large fenced backyard/ patio now has furniture.
Quite home and neighborhood, near walking trails in Central Park
CENTRAL AC and was remodeled not long ago, well maintained.
You can move your own furniture in the bedroom/ bathroom, or use as shown.
Pets might be open to discussion.
I am very good at keeping things clean, and expect a roommate to clean up after themselves as well. Yard is maintained by crew, but would appreciate someone willing to help shovel walkways in winter.
NO Smokers. Only FourTwenty outside and away from entrances (I am sober). No large group parties.
