A Very Sweet Deal!

I am semi-retired, an adjunct grad professor at DU, and a Florida snowbird. Thus, I am a part-time resident/roommate and am providing:
* Fully furnished condo to share
* The master bedroom
* Private bathroom in the bedroom
* Walk-in closet
* Outdoor parking space
* Cable, WIFI
* Utilities (within reason)
* 16th floor balcony views
* Full use of all rooms, except guest bedroom (which will be my room)
* Full use of all Park Lane services (gym, pools, sauna, hot tub, game room, library)

Typically, I am in Florida October-May each year, thus you will have the place to yourself much of the time. I plan to come to Denver in January so I can move into the guest room, leaving the master bedroom for you. I also want to help you acclimate to the condo before I depart again to Florida. There is no room for any additional furniture. There is a building orientation you would need to attend. And lastly, should you move in, plan on setting up automatic monthly rent payments to ease the process.

Also, I am open to an earlier availability date for the condo if that would make a big difference for you.
