Sublet for Cozy Private Room

Hi I am searching for a sublet for my private room.
It is located in Braeswood, in a small and peaceful road. Easy access to both 610 and 69 highways.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A garage, patio, front and backyards, and wood deck are included in the property.
The room goes for $575 plus a month’s deposit. You will share a bathroom with the second tenant living in the second smaller room. It is already furnished (I give away what I bought for a small price) and has already its own walk-in closet. Great light thanks to the big door window that will gives direct access to the roofed patio. Cozy and pretty private place. Sadly, I cannot live there anymore since I am moving out of the US. Also, bills are generally less than $100 per month (for each tenant).
Two other guys will be your roommates. Two males, 27 and 29 years old, coming from Greece and the U. S. Neat and clean. They work out of home and come back in the night. Researchers at U. H. and Baylor College of Medicine.
