Hi! My name is Anthony M. and I am looking for a tenant to sublease my room (fully furnished) to starting January 1, 2023, as I will no longer need the space after December. The lease ends May 31, 2023, so you will only be able to rent the room for a maximum of 5 months.
The property is a beautiful, spacious, 7-bedroom, 2.5 bath, two-floor house. Five bedrooms are located on the second floor, one is on the first floor, and the other is in the basement.
The room you will be occupying is on the first floor. You will be sharing the house with 6 other tenants, all of whom are students and young professionals (age 21-27) currently in their senior year of undergrad at The College of New Jersey.
You will have access to all shared spaces, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, front yard, backyard and patio, and sunroom.
