Private bedrooms with private bathroom

New home. Looking for male tenant to rent private bedroom. Room will be furnished. Must be respectful, responsible, CLEAN, professional and great sense of humor. Information about the rooms: There are two bedrooms a furnished bedroom and an unfurnished spare room that can be used for office/work remote space and a bedroom. Tenant will have their own private bathroom. There is also a shared loft between the owner's suite and the 2 rooms and bathroom. Utilities are split 3 ways. There will be 3 people living in the house. The owner, another tenant and the person renting the rooms mentioned in this post. The other tenant rents the basement. Main floor consisting of living room, dining room and kitchen is a shared space The house is in a new development with some construction still going on. Most construction around the house is completed so noise is at a minimum. The current occupants are gay. As this is a new house cleanliness is a MUST and NO smokers.
