Lease is month to month. Long term rental preferred. Property is very close and easy access to I20 and I285. Walking distance to bus stop. 1.5 miles from train station. You’ll have separate entrance, your own kitchen, and own bathroom. Central air/heat. Washer and dryer accessible. One parking space. ROOM IS SINGLE OCCUPANCY. Someone quiet would be perfect, the environment here is quiet. I work from home overnights. I keep the volumes low on my devices as to not disturb others. I’m very responsive to any issues you may have. I’m cordial but not intrusive - I usually don’t bother tenants giving them their space.

Rent includes utilities. Proof of income 2X the amount of rent required - monthly rent is $650. $250 deposit. Application fee $30 to check background. PLEASE if you have a problem with me getting copy of your ID, last paystub, and doing standard apartment background check, please don’t respond.
