This is a single occupancy private room in a shared 3 bedroom in my fully furnished ranch house. All utilities are included! (gas, electric, water and internet) Nice private bedroom with linens, towels and dedicated workspace. Use of washer and dryer, laundry soap, off and on-street-parking are included also. You will have access to the common areas ( living room, kitchen and bathroom)
We are accepting month to month, weekly and daily stay

$30 move out cleaning fee for less than 3 days stay.
Full refund of deposit at time of check out if no damages.
My house is on quiet cul-de-sac street, It is minutes away from downtown Cincinnati, UC, Hospitals, Parks and Restaurants. Near bus line.
Quiet house: No animals, no sharing rooms, no drugs or alcohol no parties. Renting to a Non-Smoker only.
