No lease, furnished, condo to share

$650 / 2,000 sq ft – No lease, furnished, water front condo on Springfield Lake to share with another FEMALE.

Has 2 floors, 3 baths and 2 bedrooms in a quiet, safe, gated community, one exit from Akron/Canton airport. A non-lease agreement is fine as long as you give me a 60 day notice before vacating. We would share the kitchen. I would have the upstairs and you would have the master bed room (16' x 18') located down stairs as you see in the pictures, with fire place, walk in closet (5' x 8'), your own attached private bath that has an extra-large walk in shower. Your bed room also has sliding glass doors that you can walk out to the upper and lower deck by the water.

The backyard patio and decks are so peaceful, especially when lit up at night and has both wood and gas fire pits. There is also a swimming pool with a kitchen area and you will have use of the pedal boat as well. It's like being on vacation all summer long! Plenty of parking for you and your guests. There is a 1st floor laundry room too.

I do not have a basement, so I will not have any storage space if you have additional boxes and furniture etc. I am a professional female (50's) that is clean, organized, active, quite but social, looking for a clean, safe and responsible FEMALE to share my living space. I am just not comfortable sharing with a male. 1st month rent and deposit would be required with background check. No pets, non-smoker and again FEMALE only.
