Belleview Private Bed And Bath W/ Free Furniture

Moving in with my fiance, looking for someone to take over my lease. Apartment complex policy allows to switch name on lease as long as background check ($2) is passed and my roommate signs off on it. Would be taking over my individual bed and bathroom and living with my roommate (another student) and her very friendly medium-sized dog. Lease ends July 2023. Available to move in anytime 10/17/22 or after. If needed, can do sooner. Clean apartment with spacious balcony. Very safe DTC area, walking distance to Belleview. Gorgeous newly renovated pool, apartment gym. Maintenance responds quickly. Both dog and roommate are nice and generally keep to themselves. We've lived together for two years without problems.

I will throw in the following furniture for free if you would like it: desk, dresser, side table and lamp in bedroom, couch + pillows in living room, electric kettle, coffee maker, and knife block in kitchen. The remaining common area and balcony furniture will stay either way because it is my roomate's.
