My husband and I are both in our late 20s and looking to rent out our upstairs floor in our townhome. We work quite a bit and have opposite schedules.

We're located in Thornton right off of I-25 and 104th. We're within walking distance of the N-line which takes you right to Union Station in 20 minutes. The photos will show you your space - private bedroom and bathroom as well as your own balcony and loft on the 2nd floor (we live on the 1st floor). There is a work space inside the bedroom and the space is fully furnished (although if you have furniture you'd like to bring with you that's totally fine). Washer and dryer is right outside of your room and that would be shared with myself and my husband (we typically do laundry on weekends, but other than that we don't go upstairs). There's a shared gym room in the basement if you'd like to use it (I tend to workout either first thing in the morning or when I get back from work). There's also a shared kitchen and dining room on the first floor with updated appliances that you'd be able to use. We have high-speed internet, parking behind our townhome, and are located a 3-minute drive from two grocery stores.

Rent is $1,500 a month, which includes utilities and all expenses. Let us know if you're interested!
