Fully Furnished Master Suite Available

ALL UTILITIES AND CLEANING INCLUDED - My husband and I are going to be in Hawaii for work from October to April and are looking to rent the master bedrooms of our 7000 square foot home in South Capital Hill. Each master bedroom is 800+ sq ft and has an in room, very large, bathroom. The location is on a quiet, safe and very walkable street just 2 blocks from multiple grocery stores in each direction as well as quite a fantastic restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We absolutely love our home and would like to find a great person to enjoy each of the master bedrooms during our time away. The house is three floors, with the first being common area (kitchen, dining, breakfast nook, entry way, living room and very large sun room) and the second being each of the master bedrooms (very separated and one on the front of the house, with the other on the back of the house. The third floor has a guest bedroom and a large suite which houses our wonderful roommate, JT, who also has a lovely 6 year old brown lab mix, named lady. As the house is so large, it allows us to be as social or non social as we like and there are times we don't see each other for days due to work, etc. The house is equipped with excellent wifi is fully furnished. The master bedrooms will be fully prepared to be utilized by our renters. In addition, there is a basement that could be utilized for some storage if agreed upon and the back yard and large outdoor patio are also fantastic.
