I am a professional woman who is looking for one more female or male to join me in an intentional collective apartment. I have a beautiful, renovated apartment in Overbrook/Wynnewood for $1500, and the rent for your portion of the home would be in the range of $650.
Collectively, I value intentional shared living, and believe that the most important part of a home is the people you live with. We're a pretty arts and culture oriented bunch, who'll do reading, cinema, startups, business, food, and art together. So we're looking for someone like-minded who will be a good fit for the house.

I'm an entrepreneur (33) from Chicago that moved here in 2020 from Los Angeles. I have worked with multi-million dollar businesses and also make art and do spirituality in my free time.
I am looking for a roommate that's planning to be here for the long term, to move into a place together that we can all call home.
