One Sunny Bedroom w/ Private Bath

One Sunny Bedroom with a Private Bath available: September 15/16 Looking for the right person; a student, younger renter (under 32 years old) with a stable job and/or parental help. $700 per month includes all utilities and full house, basement and yard liberties. Lots of free parking on the street.
NOTE: This room is in a beautiful old house just north of downtown near 22nd and Central Ave. A diverse, (black ,white and gay) up and coming neighborhood, 10 minutes north of downtown. We have the option to get another roommate and with 4 people in the house, we can get the rent down to $525 per person but the way the house is set up, you would have to share a bathroom. Something to consider going forward.
• We will want to first have a video interview and then an interview with potential renters when we show the room. We are looking for a good fit. We are not in a hurry to rent. We just want to find the right person.
• We have pets (guinea pigs, a rabbit and 2 cats) so no pets please.
About the roomies: We are a married couple in our 50s. I am a musician, currently working and my husband works construction. We are from San Francisco. My husband is an excellent chef. He is Italian and I am Latina so lots of food and family love in the house. This is a safe quiet place to live.
