Room has its own entrance. It is furnished but whatever you don’t need can be removed. It’s a split level home that is essentially a duplex. Upstairs/Downstairs split. I live downstairs and my son and nephew live in the upstairs. I’m looking for a roommate for my space downstairs. The space down here has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bath and also a one car garage which is basically my living room so we definitely have enough space to never really feel like we are in each other’s way. I’m quiet and sometimes private and like my alone time but am friendly and laid back and try to be accommodating and let people live how they like. I don’t have any animals and prefer someone who doesn’t have any. I smoke but never in the house. Just looking for another male. Any age is fine, and please have an income of some sort. Rent is weekly. Prefer longer term setup. Thanks.
