Clean furnished room

I’m looking for a quiet and responsible adult. Someone I can trust the care of my home too. I like people who follows the rules. I work a lot and I’m quiet. I don’t like a lot of people in my home and or overnight guest. It’s imperative to keep the house clean and clean up after one self. I prefer an older and mature person that is responsible and clean. If you’re not clean , please do not contact me. The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, lamp, tv and air conditioner and a nice size closet. I’m quiet and for the most part you won’t even hear me in the house. Although I live in the city I keep a clean home at all times. I want someone that values peace and quiet. Laundry facilities on property. Close to downtown, Canton , 95 and 895. Bus stops close by are the no. 5, 13 and the 22. I like people who really value nice things and quietness and cleanliness in the home. I would need proof of employment , and references.
