If you are new to Miami and need a place to land, this is a great option. It's a two floor house and the apartment is on the first floor. There is a fenced in front yard and 3 dogs who live on the property so you definitely need to be a dog person!

NEIGHBORHOOD FIRST:

The neighborhood is the best part about living here. You are in Wynwood/Midtown and connected to everything. You can walk many places. The Design District is a few blocks away. Edgewater is two miles away. I used to live in Kendall, which is about as exciting as an exit on the freeway, so living here with this dazzling neighborhood close by has been awesome. Very urban and edgy vibes with wall art everywhere. Big thumbs up!

THE ROOM:

The room faces the front of the building. It has a lot of windows and natural light. There is a window a/c unit which works really well. One mid sized closet. High ceilings. Tile floors that are easy to clean. A bed is included. The room is yours - you can paint it and make it your own.

THE ROOMMATES:

There are two female roommates. One has a small dog and a big dog. You must love dogs to live here!

THE APARTMENT:

There is a small living room, a hallway, a bathroom, a kitchen and the three bedrooms. The apartment has seen better days (just keepin it real!) but the good news is that you can make changes. Paint your room! Hang curtains! Buy some flowers!

There is a fire pit in the front yard which has been great. You would think that fire pit and Miami summer don't go together but you would be wrong!

*The rent is $950 which includes utilities. Required to move in: First month, last month = $1900

Parking is on the street but there are plenty of spaces, which if you have ever lived in a place with limited parking, you know what a blessing this is!
