I'm renting this bright and spacious bedroom in my property conveniently located in Southeast Denver right by I-25 (Evans exit, 12 minutes to downtown Denver). The house is big, artsy, quaint and it has a gorgeous backyard. There's plenty of street parking right in front of the house, wide streets, and the scenic high line canal is only 3 blocks away!

The roommates:

Sean is in his mid 40’s, used to be a sous chef, and now works at King Soopers. He has been living at the house for one year and half.

Susan is in her mid 50’s, is on disability and manages the house part time. She has been living at the house for almost 4 years. She has a small, well behaved terrier.

They are both trustworthy tenants.

The rent is $900 plus a deposit of the same amount with all utilities included. There's a washer & dryer. Fast internet. The room is furnished. Lots of street parking. 15 minute walk from the Colorado light rail station. Will do background checking.
