2 bedroom apartment

One bedroom for rent in a two bedroom apartment, apartment comes fully furnished with internet and utilities. Big TV in living room with Hulu, Netflix, and few others. Washer and dryer in apartment. Gated community with easy commute to U of A, Lantana apartments management would need a application before keys and gate remote can be issued to you. Park your car in the gated community and catch the free shuttle from the apartment to the campus of UofA and save a little on funds. I just moved in last month to attend UofA for the next few years but so far the apartment is nice location with easy access to downtown and freeway. Only thing I don’t have yet is kitchen table. My brother gave me a workout bench and that’s in the kitchen now but I might move it out and get a table. Everything thing else is provided. You would just need your bedroom/ desk furniture. Another thing is your bedroom has a big walk-in closet and we would share a bathroom. Ideal person would be a student who plans on being here all school year. But all is welcome, and if you are a smoker I do not mind smoking, but you must smoke outside. Thank you for looking.
