☀️ Roommate needed in Des Plaines, near O'Hare

Hello!

Opening my apartment to a roommate. It is 2 BR1BA, approx. 1,200 sq ft, in Des Plaines. Plenty of sunshine, balcony, easy street parking, close to Chicago and O’Hare airport, peaceful suburbs, amazing dishwasher 🙏, Chromecast and TV. My previous roommates have all worked at the airport. The laundry is shared and coin operated.

Price 750.00 per month. Internet and utilities included. Housekeeping is included except dishes and trash.

The lease term is until the end of next June. Happy to stay and extend if things work out.

Apartment is fully furnished. Only space for things in your room, and any necessities. I have a twin mattress and an Ikea computer desk if you’d like to use them.

I have a pet bird that vocalizes sometimes. It doesn’t cheep at night.

• Proof of employment. Must be employed at current job for one year. Transfers considered.
• 720 credit minimum. Building manager will require it when you formally apply.
• No co-sign
• 750.00 upfront deposit.

• No work from home, a little or a lot.
• No pets
• No odd sexual requests
