Furnished Bedroom available

A new construction home built in 2017 located in a cul de sac. There isn’t too much in the area, there’s a Shell gas station and a Publix shopping center with a couple of other things near by. We are situated 20 minutes from Atlanta airport. Public transportation isn’t super accessible so ideally a person with a car would benefit from this area with a designated side of the driveway. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer available and the bedroom is furnished with a full size futon, a small desk, tv stand, TV, and a mini fridge. Wireless internet & the utilities are included in the rent. There’s no cable so I’d recommend a device (like Firestick or Roku). The lease is month to month and I would need 30 days notice to vacate. Room dimensions are 12’ 2“ x 11’ 2“, Closet 7’ wide

My girlfriend and I stay in the master bedroom and we have one other roommate staying in one of the bedrooms. You would be sharing the bathroom with her. There are three dogs (see photos; two big and one small). They’re super sweet but can get excited so this roomie must be ok with dogs.
