Relaxed Living in Queens

We're two high school friends moved in together for college (both 26). We're looking for a quiet and peaceful life and would appreciate a roommate that is willing to be part of the family, since every Friday we get together and cook dinner. The place is clean, the neighbors are quiet, and all necessities are less than 10 minutes away by foot. No pets, no shoes inside the house, and wash your dishes. Anything beside that is live and let live.

The room will be given as is in the photos, and you may pick what mattress suits you from our collection. Candidates must be able to prove all the usual things like occupation, income, bank statement, identity, and so on. The first set of interviews will be held on zoom and suitable candidates will then be introduced to the landlord for consideration.
