Looking for temporary roommate
My name is Monét. I am 27, and moved here a bit ago, to help family out, and also as a move closer to a personal goal of mines. I am a jack (Jill) of all interests and trades so I am open, understanding, and often times fascinated with many things and people different from me. Respect and kindness is huge for me, and so are boundaries. As far as my home, I am intentionally creating a safe beautiful space for myself physically and mentally, and I need a TEMPORARY living mate that resonates with that and wants this for themselves too. As far as my available space, I have a private room (with walk-in closet) and (separate but private for you) bathroom. The room space is furnished with a fresh, disinfected, and protected bed, along with a mini fridge.

The rent itself is 600, however I’ll be looking for 750. The extra will help to cover some of 2 of the 3 bills that aren’t included in my rent. Also, upon the move-in process a thorough background check will be done, as well as a co-tenant agreement to be signed.
