Includes access to Off Street Parking, Garage, Washer/Dryer, Outdoor Patios. DT & UT bus route a five minute walk. Grocery, Pharmacy, Gyms & Fast Food a ten minute walk. 31 Day Minimum Stay. Due to the ceiling height, this RV is best suited to those whose height is under six foot. Compact, but efficient with multiple storage space options, including a clothes closet w/shelving, under bench and upper bunk, plus cabinets. Stereo Radio & Auxiliary Device connection with Ceiling Speakers. Great for remote laptop workers or those in need of a crash pad at night.
PROPERTY HOUSE/RV RULES
1) House & RV Guests are working professional adults who may have differing schedules. Reasonable activity and noise levels are fine. Each guest is expected to respect sleep/work schedules of those who share the property,, including neighbors (single family neighborhood). Follow the golden rule and treat the other guests/neighbors as you would want to be treated. 10 PM - 6 AM (Quiet Hours) expected daily.
2) Maid service is not provided, other than house common area cleaning (floors & furniture, hall bath), each month. Please clean up after yourself daily in the common areas (kitchen, living room, hall bath). No one else will do this for you. Exterior Property Maintenance (grass, leaves, parking area, etc) is also handled by Management, on a monthly basis. Complaints can be directed to me via email, if a guest notes that another guest does not comply with this rule. Cleaning supplies available at the property.
3) No smoking on the premises, other than legal tobacco use on the outside patio areas.
4) Non-guest(s) (aka Visitors) are permitted on the premises in the common area, while accompanied by booked guest. Non-guests not permitted on the premises during daily Quiet Hours (10 PM - 6 AM). No Overnight Visitors Permitted.
5) RV Use Rules are provided to those approved to book an RV by Management.
6) The use of illegal substances is not permitted on the property. Likewise, any sign of public intoxication will be grounds for an immediate eviction.
7) No Illegal Downloading of Copyrighted Software, Programs or Entertainment is permitted when any guest or visitor's device is logged on to the house Spectrum ISP account. ISP Suspension and/or Termination will possibly occur if this activity is detected, per the account's Acceptable User Policy (AUP). (Common illegal apps include BitTorrent, PopcornTime, Pirate Bay, FrostWire, Showbox, et al)
