I have two bedrooms available to rent -- one (pictured) is currently furnished and the larger room (not pictured) is unfurnished. The larger room could be used as a private living room with office. Each have their own closet. Private bathroom has shower/tub, vanity and linen closet.

Large Unfurnished Room $1100/month

REQUIREMENTS & LIMITATIONS:
FICO: Min 650 FICO required.
OCCUPANTS: Max of 2 people renting the upstairs rooms.
PETS: I have a med-large sized dog. No additional pets allowed.
INCOME: Verified income.
SMOKING: No smoking allowed in the home.
LEASE TERM: Min 3month lease.
CREDIT & BACKGROUND: Everyone over 18 must submit an application. Background & Credit Check required via Zillow Rental Manager.
UTILITIES: all utilities (Water, electric, gas, and garbage/sewer) are split by number of people living in the house .
DAMAGES: Renter responsible for all damages to the home and any missing keys.

DUE AT MOVE IN:
1st month's rent (pro-rated if moving in mid-month),

Security Deposit $2000
Non refundable move out cleaning fee ($200)

Rent due on the 1st of each month payable through Zillow Rental Manager. $100 late fee after the 5th of each month. $200 late fee after 15 days.

DUE AT MOVE OUT:
House must be completely clean with no trash or damage.
Whole house cleaning and COVID dis-infection will be scheduled on the 1st day after the end of the lease. The $200 non-refundable cleaning fee will cover. Any additional trash removal or deep-cleaning will be deducted from Security Deposit.
Any additional cleaning or damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
