Quiet room available in 2 bed apt

About myself: I would be the other roommate. I'm 29 years old, female and a professional looking for a roommate for a short term sublet in a fully furnished apartment. (2 bedroom, 1 bathroom). I would prefer no pets since I have two cats but am open to maybe 1 cat.

This apartment would be best for someone coming in with nothing more than a suitcase as I can also provide towels, pillows and bedding ect.

This bedroom is very quiet and about 8 ft x 8.5 ft in size. The room will be furnished with a rug, under bed storage bins, futon + mattress topper, curtains and AC. There is not very much natural light. I have slept in here for a year and it was great.

It's a 2nd floor walkup. There is a dishwasher in the unit and laundry is about a block away. Across the street from the 96th st Q station. No smokers please. The kitchen is also fully stocked with appliances and cutlery.

Utilities are included in the rent. I am looking for someone for only two weeks. Move in March 1st in the evening although an earlier move in can be discussed. Move out would be March 15th but maybe a couple dates later would be possible.
