Hi there. I’m looking for a roommate in my 2 bedroom 1 bath very large apartment in Monterey near Lake El Estero. I own this property and am looking for a roommate to help with costs during these crazy financial times. I work graveyard shifts for a hotel so I need someone quiet please as I usually am sleeping during the day.. Must have verifiable employment.

All the furniture shown is the pictures is that of the last renter. I will have all new furniture in there when I move in.

Bedroom will have a queen bed for you to use.

Rent would be $800. We would split Water, Garbage, Electricity & Internet. I’d say that would be no more than an additional $100-$130 a month for all that.

Will be move in ready sometime Mid-September. I am in the process of putting In all new windows, painting and remodeling the kitchen.
About the roomies

I’m a bookkeeper for a few local hotels. I work grace yard shifts and 50+ hours a week so I’m not home much. Looking. For someone chill and responsible. No drugs or alcohol please.
