The apartment is located in a 2nd floor of a large and beautiful townhouse in East Orange. The apartment itself is very spacious and includes a shared kitchen and bathroom.

I have a business to run but will often be doing it from home during the day. I am respectful of my housemates and make sure to clean up after myself in the common areas of the apartment, and I would expect the same in return. Which also means no loud music at any time, in consideration for both myself and the other people who live in the building.

This is a house for mature and professional individuals who respect other peoples space and the home they live in. It's not a place for parties and mess. I'm generally friendly and helpful but mostly keep to myself and I'm hoping for a similar person to share the apartment with.

Deposit is equal to 1.5x rent.
