Entire Spacious Studio to sublet for 5 months

Ad ref# 102209141

Hi hi Everyone!
Heading out of town for work at the last minute and looking for someone responsible and clean to sublet my studio in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn starting Aug 3 (possibly the first). I am contracted until Dec 3 but will probably stay out of town for the holidays and return Jan 1.
Don't be put off or scared by the distance as it appears on a map. It takes the same amount of time to get to Times Square from Bay Ridge as it does from Astoria, Crown Height, Bed Stuy, or Prospect. I've tested it all.
There is an R train 5-minutes walk away. You can transfer to the N, D, F, G a few stops away.
You can catch the ferry (costs the same as a subway ride) directly into Manhattan for less time.
There is also a Manhattan express bus (about $12).
Located on the 5th floor of an elevator building. It is a pet friendly building so there are cats/dogs in case you are allergic. However, no pets are allowed for this sublet.
There is laundry in the basement, and I have a refillable laundry card I will leave behind. It's cheaper than a laundromat.
There is a garbage chute on each floor for small bags of garbage, larger bins in the basement (which is probably the cleanest basement I have ever seen) along with recycling bins.
The supers are a very friendly married couple.
The studio feels more like a one-bedroom because of the foyer, eat-in kitchen, large appliances, and full bathroom. The living space is enough to accommodate a living room set, desk, and bed.
It gets a lot of sunlight. More than you would think, but I've set up the bed in the darkest part. There are blackout curtains and blinds.
Water pressure is strong. Very much so. Which I love. The bathroom just got a new sink installed.
I've got some plants I'd love for you to water and care for, and by all means bring your own or add to it.
There are two closets. One I will use to store my stuff to give you more space elsewhere. The other is a double railed clothes closest that has several shelves. It's actually remarkable how much I can put in there including my suitcases.
The bed is less than 6-month old and SUPER comfortable.
Everything you need is within a 10-20 minute walking distance.
SEVERAL grocery stores and produce stands on 3rd 4th. and 5th avenues. Restaurants and delivery from all kinds of cuisines. There are three parks within 15-minute walking distance (Shore Park, Dyker Beach. Owl's Head). Dollar stores, all the fast food chains, Sephora, BB&B, Chipotle, appliance, furniture.
You are close to Little Palestine. The area is a mix of Arab, Latino, old-school Irish, Jewish, Catholic, Muslim. It's a pretty diverse area. It's sort of a cross between Queens and Brooklyn.
You can take the train 20 minutes to Prospect Park or 15 minutes to Green-Wood. The trains are consistent and show up 1-2 minutes early some times. I've managed to always time it to catch express or other trains at other stops.
I live on a fairly quiet part of 4th avenue. I often don't hear much going on. Occasionally the bells of a church or a dog barking in the distance, otherwise it's super quiet and chill. Most of the tenants in the building are elderly.
I am renewing my lease in December so there is a chance the rent will increase but it is stabilised so it won't be by much. Also happy to pro-rate if you want to show up a couple of weeks late or leave a couple of weeks early.
