Clean, and stylish home with a pool in Henderson

I am the proud owner of my home since 2017. I work full time, and have focused a lot of my time and energy making my home into a comfortable place to live. I have one small dog and two cats. They are friendly and will spend time snuggling and playing with you if you let them.

as a "side hustle" of sorts I rent out my spare bedrooms here and there. Each room is furnished with a queen memory foam bed, decorated, has a TV, ceiling fan and mirrored closet doors. The upstairs bathroom is shared if there are other roommates living here at the time. there are 2.5 bathrooms in the house.

I prefer short term roommates, with a relaxed month to month agreement. Willing to consider long term arrangements if we are a good match as roomies.

House guidelines: I am very clean and ask that you keep the common areas of the house tidy. No smoking, and be kind to my pets. ok to have visitors/guests with advanced notice.
