Furnished Cabin shed for short/long term rental

This is a cabin shed located in a secluded semi fenced backyard. The unit is furnished with a full bed, mini fridge, window AC, microwave 32"smart Tv and access to internet. There is currently a camping toilet and portable sink as shown in pics. Currently there is no shower available however there will be an out door shower and kitchen available in the coming weeks. Until then the House is located close to gyms (for showers) grocery stores and laundry mats for laundry. The house is located in Snellville off 124 and hewitt rd. the closest bus station is probably a 30 min walk. Unit can be rented by the day (2 day minimum), week, or month. Rent is as followed.

$65 Daily (2 day minimum)

$275 weekly

$1000 Monthly

There is a $500 Refundable deposit required to move in and will be refunded as long as unit is returned how you received. You will need a copy of your ID to move in and you must sign a lease agreement. If you plan to stay longeterm (over a month) I need last 2 paychecks stubs or proof of income and last 2 months bank statements. No smoking of anything allowed in the unit, No pets and No children, up to 2 people can stay in the unit. There is street parking available for your vehicle.

Yard work is being done on the back yard that does not impede access to the unit, If that is a problem The yard should be cleared in one week or less. If thats not a problem, You are free to move in As soon as you want.
