Roommate needed in Flatbush apartment

Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate to fill the other room in my two bedroom apartment. The room currently has a bed&mattress and an A/C unit inside. This is the smaller room in the apartment with enough space for a full sized bed set. I have an older dog that’s blind and super sweet.

I’m a 30 year old marketing professional that mostly works from home. I’m mostly a homebody, but I do like to go out sometimes. Once in a while I might host a few friends/family. My dog is really calm, quiet and sweet; he sheds but I do what I can to keep it under control. I’m open to another dog, but that would be a case by case basis. I prefer to keep the shared spaces clean and clear. Please be honest about your cleanliness, as I cannot tolerate a messy roommate! I’m pretty open and prefer an environment where respect and kindness remains throughout. I have an open communication policy and like to keep a dialogue open regarding the apartment—if you have a problem with something, please state it because I surely will :) I’d like to have a roommate that would be down to talk, movie nights, cooking, etc. sometimes, but this isn’t a requirement. As long as the vibe is cool and respectful, I’m good. I’m smoker friendly, but smoking isn’t allowed in the apartment.
