for lease in a 3 BR/3 Bath apartment at “The Tyler” apartment complex at 1201 Indiana Ave. Each BR has its own contract for
$689 per month that includes furnishing and all utilities except for electricity (usually ends up being around $60/month). The private bedroom and bath would be yours (comes with drawers set, bed and bed frame, along with a desk). You would share
the kitchen/dining/living room space with the other two lessees. The kitchen comes with a full size fridge, microwave, and oven/stovetop. There is a washer and dryer in unit as well. All appliances have also been recently upgraded since my stay at the complex. This is a perfect apartment for students going to IUPUI as well since it is right off of the bus line for the University.
