This spacious (6100 sqft lot) single family home is perfect if you’d rather live in a house within an upscale, secure, gated Henderson community (Seven Hills area) with 2 like-minded individual than alone in a small apartment. It’s my own furnished and upgraded 4-bedroom home. I am a mid-30s female executive, work in IT, travel a lot.

The house is 15 mins away from the airport and the strip with lots of shared spaces - chef’s kitchen, dining room, 3 family room spaces, vaulted ceilings, large backyard for lounging, laundry, etc. I pay for security cameras, high speed internet, trash, landscaping. Gas/water/electricity are split 3-ways. It's a low key, quiet space to decompress after work.

The room is furnished, plenty of closet space with shelving. Private bath room with a tub and toilet. 1 covered garage space and plenty of street parking for your guests

Lease Term:
I prefer to start with a 3 month lease. I may have a family member visiting me in October/November. The house is large enough for everyone, but I would not want to inconvenience my roommate so you will have an option to move out in November or stay, with month to month lease

About you:
Employed full time, professional, and financially stable. If you work in technology, consulting, sales, engineering - it’s a plus.
