Ballard Private Room/Bath for Rent Near Downtown

This is a 100 square foot private room and adjacent private bathroom with shared space including rooftop deck, kitchen and living room, for rent in a 1550 square foot, 2022 built townhome just a short walk from downtown Ballard. The room is on the 3rd floor of the 4 story + rooftop deck building. The room comes furnished with queen bed, nightstand with light, desk table, chair and dresser. There is ample closet space. All utilities (electric, gas, sewer, garbage, internet, housecleaning, netflix, amazon prime video) are included in the rent. Lease commitment is negotiable.

You would be sharing the place with me, a 40 year old male working as a data engineer at a fintech company. My interests include health and fitness, outdoors (hiking, camping, backpacking), travel (lived in Asia for 7 years; love experiencing the world), board/card games and music. It would be great to find someone who is active and enjoys life, while also respecting the space and the people in it, including the neighbors (I will do the same).

- No smoking
- One person living in the room (occasional overnighters ok)
- If it seems like a good fit and you want to be considered, willing to pay $50 for background check (income 3x rent, no evictions, bankruptcies, or criminal history etc.)
