I’m a working professional in Marketing with a full time job; at times I will work from home. I’m very easy going and flexible when it comes to living arrangements.

Looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. Full-time job/proof of income required, preferably on-location/not fully remote.

I have two chill cats; dusty and tuna. Adopted 2 years ago. They spend a lot of time outside chasing lizards and stuff, and sleeping when they’re inside.

$1600 min for either of the 2 available
rooms. One is bigger than the other and price is negotiable based on room choice and need for private bathroom. Utilities are split 50/50. Electric, water (billed every 3 months), and internet.

I’d like to live with someone that has steady income, isn’t messy and cleans up after themself, and can afford to split a cleaning person monthly.
