I own and live in this beautiful home, and am looking for a new roommate. The house is located in South Denver (Yale and I-25 area). Move in April 1 (flexible). 1-year lease or Month-to-Month. $1000 room rent w/utilities fixed at $100 per month. First and last month security deposit required at signing. $500 pet deposit (if applicable).

There are currently 2 adult males living at the house. All roommates are respectful, professional, and friendly.

-Fully furnished common areas. Available bedroom NOT furnished.
-Large and beautiful kitchen. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, plenty of cabinets and counter space.

-Side yard is fully fenced with entrance to the house and to the front. Perfect for dogs.

-Large storage shed in side yard
-Propane Grill
-Swamp cooler and attic fan cools upstairs rooms.
-Large garden area in backyard w/raised vegetable garden
-Ping-pong table and Corn hole set.
-Dog friendly (with owner approval. pet deposit required). fenced side yard for pets. No cats due to allergies.
-MJ Friendly. Tobacco Smoking Outside only

-The house is quite large, with plenty of communal space as well as areas for privacy.
-The room is available for one roommate. No couples or room shares.

Location
-7 miles from downtown, this area is perfect for DU Grad students, DTC employees, or those who wish to live close to downtown, but in a more residential area. Quick access to Cherry Creek bike trail, RTD Lightrail, and I-25.

-Startups or online businesses, this house is great for a think tank or incubator. Music producers are welcome. Bands, it might not be the best neighborhood for rehearsals, though I love a good jam (bass among other things).

My name is Seth, I am 35 and have lived in Denver for 12 years. I am a hard-working, clean, and a responsible roommate. I am looking for an independent and professional roommate to share a healthy home-life with. I practice a mindful lifestyle, and prefer to surround myself with positive, responsible, and healthy individuals. I am an entrepreneur, homeowner, and professional musician by trade. I am social and like to host occasional small parties by the pool. Cooking meals and playing music together. I also value my alone time and tend to keep to myself during the workweek.
