Hello,
I’m looking to lease 1 bedroom out of a 2 bedroom Condo in La Paz next to the Jolla Colony Condos. It’s an upper end unit with a view and in a quiet are of La Jolla. $1300 for rent and $100 for utilities which includes Wifi, Electricity, Gas, Water, and Trash. I’m a 25 year old male and work remotely, would prefer someone who’s in college or a recent grad who is school/career focused.
Shared bathroom (own vanity area though) No pets
Community pool and jacuzzi
Room is approximately 9’ x 12’
Condo is 900 sq/ft
You would have your own assigned parking spot

MOVE IN: June 1st
For Move In: 1st Month’s Rent + $700 Security Deposit for a total of $2000
Rent period: Yearly
